1. NOT FINANCIAL ADVICE

Yacht Club Algos is software. It is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, financial planner, or any other type of licensed financial professional. Buckeye Physical Therapy LLC is not registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), or any other financial regulatory authority.

Nothing on our website, in the application, in our Discord community, or in any communication from Yacht Club Algos or its representatives constitutes:

• Investment advice
• Financial advice
• Trading advice
• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security

All trading signals, zone identifications, entry and exit parameters, and strategy outputs generated by the Software are algorithmic outputs based on technical analysis rules. They are not personalized investment recommendations and should not be treated as such.

2. OPTIONS TRADING RISK

Options trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. Options are complex financial instruments.

Specific risks include but are not limited to:

• You may lose the entire premium paid for an options contract
• Options can expire worthless, resulting in a total loss
• Short-term options (0DTE and 1DTE) are particularly susceptible to rapid and complete loss of value
• Options prices are affected by multiple factors including the underlying price, time decay, implied volatility, and interest rates
• Automated trading systems may execute multiple trades in a single session, compounding potential losses
• Market conditions can change rapidly in ways not anticipated by algorithmic strategies

3. AUTOMATED TRADING RISK

The Software executes trades automatically based on pre-configured algorithmic rules. This introduces specific risks:

Software Errors

The Software may contain bugs, errors, or unexpected behaviors that result in unintended trades or failure to execute intended trades. We cannot guarantee error-free operation in all market conditions.

Connectivity and Execution Risk

Trades may fail to execute due to internet connectivity issues, brokerage API outages, or other technical failures. The Software may not be able to exit positions when intended.

Market Conditions

Algorithmic strategies are developed and tested under historical market conditions. Past market conditions may not repeat, and the Software may perform poorly in different environments.

Slippage and Fill Risk

Actual trade execution prices may differ from prices assumed by the algorithm due to market liquidity, bid-ask spreads, and execution delays.

Strategy Degradation

Trading strategies that have performed well historically may cease to be effective as market conditions change. There is no assurance that any strategy will remain profitable over time.

4. PAST PERFORMANCE

Any performance results displayed within the Service, including backtest results, paper trading results, or historical live trading results, are provided for informational purposes only.

PAST PERFORMANCE IS NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS.

Backtest results have significant limitations:

• Backtests are conducted using historical data and do not reflect actual trading
• Backtests cannot account for slippage, liquidity constraints, or actual fill prices
• Backtests may be subject to look-ahead bias or other modeling limitations
• The strategies used in live trading may differ from those used in backtesting

Paper trading results also have limitations:

• Paper trading uses simulated fills at theoretical prices
• Paper trading does not reflect the psychological impact of real financial risk
• Paper trading results are not predictive of live trading performance

By using the Service you accept full and sole responsibility for:

• All trading decisions made using the Software
• All trades executed through your brokerage account via the Software
• All financial outcomes resulting from use of the Software
• Ensuring you have the appropriate brokerage approvals and financial resources
• Monitoring your account and the Software's operation
• Understanding the strategies and parameters you configure
• Consulting with a licensed financial professional before making any trading or investment decisions

You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely. Never trade with money you need for living expenses, emergency funds, or any other essential purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buckeye Physical Therapy LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents expressly disclaim all liability for any trading losses, financial damages, or other harm arising from your use of the Service, regardless of whether such losses result from the Software's operation, algorithm errors, connectivity failures, or any other cause.
