• Brokerage OAuth authorization tokens (we do not store your brokerage username or password)
• Bot configuration settings (watchlist, trading parameters, risk settings, module preferences)
• Weekly trading plan uploads (chart images and extracted levels)
• Support communications

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Trading activity logs generated by the Software
• Performance data (trade history, profit and loss records)
• System logs for error monitoring and debugging
• Basic usage data (login times, feature usage)

2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect

• Your brokerage account password or credentials
• Your Social Security Number or tax identification number
• Your bank account information
• Payment card numbers (processed directly by our payment processor)

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Execute and log trading activity on your behalf
• Store your bot configuration and trading preferences
• Process subscription payments
• Provide customer support
• Monitor and improve the performance and security of the Service
• Send transactional emails related to your account
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information to:

• Sell or rent your data to third parties
• Send unsolicited marketing communications without your consent
• Make trading decisions on behalf of any person other than you

4. HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION

Your data is stored using Supabase, a third-party database and authentication platform that employs industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit.

Chart images uploaded for weekly trading plans are stored in Supabase Storage with access limited to your account only.

Brokerage authorization tokens are stored securely and used solely to facilitate trading activity on your behalf. You can revoke this authorization at any time through your brokerage account settings.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use the following third-party services in the operation of the Service. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. — Brokerage connectivity and order execution
• Supabase Inc. — Database, authentication, and file storage
• Railway Corp. — Backend application hosting
• Vercel Inc. — Frontend application hosting
• Stripe Inc. — Subscription payment processing
• Anthropic PBC — AI-powered chart analysis (for weekly plan uploads)
• Discord Inc. — Community platform and trade notifications

We do not sell your personal information to any of these third parties. We share only the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon cancellation and account deletion, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where required by law.

Trading logs and performance records may be retained in an anonymized or aggregated form after account deletion.

7. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your trading history and configuration data
• Revoke brokerage authorization at any time through your brokerage

8. SECURITY

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Service is not directed to persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. INTERNATIONAL USERS

The Service is operated in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and, where practicable, by email.
